“Worthwhile policy builds upon what we know works and upon what is feasible rather than trying to deploy never-before implemented policies through complex institutions requiring a hitherto unprecedented and never achieved degree of global political alignment.”

That’s one of the most sensible statements I’ve read in regard to AGW solutions in a month of Sundays.
We are being manipulated by the warming religious into the outlaying of trillions on crazy schemes that will almost certainly achieve nothing in the way of ACO2 reductions [and that after all is the intent even if it is not the problem] whereas, by instituting a world wide modular IFR scheme [that even James Hansen approves of] we would be moving progressively towards that cheap “unmetered energy” which will eventually lead to a reduction and stabilisation of world population and a huge increase in world SOL.
